Character Design & Visual Development for Splinterlands
Concept Art · AI-Assisted Visual Development · Character Design · Game Asset Design
Arena Vanguard is a community-led creative initiative built around Splinterlands. As lead creative for the character artwork, I translated initial reference images from multiple community creators into finished character designs while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the set.
The collaboration resulted in eight original characters released as playable Splinterlands cards in July 2026.

The first character I’m showcasing from the Arena Vanguard set is King Erminaz Twincleaver — an original Orc character I developed based on my own avatar and identity within Splinterlands.
To bring the character beyond the playing card, I created a cinematic short film combining creative direction, AI-assisted visual production, music, sound design and video editing into a character-driven fantasy sequence.
